CALSP's founding members are dedicated litigation support professionals who believe the Canadian litigation support industry needs a voice. Considerable effort has been made to create an industry driven organization that will provide a forum for litigation support professionals across the country. If you share in our vision, we invite you to become a member and take an active role in shaping the profession.

Monique Allen leverages her 16 years of Law Clerk experience as she oversees the electronic support services and coordination of litigation support requirements of her firm. With extensive experience managing large document cases with the use of litigation support technologies, Monique has been instrumental in providing guidance to the law firm with the increasing demands of e-discovery and electronic disclosure. Her expertise continues to be sought in facilitating the use of technology throughout the entire litigation process.

Pamela Fontaine-Peters is a certified software trainer, ediscovery adviser and paralegal with almost 20 years experience in the legal industry. Pam recently left her position as National Litigation Technology Manager for a Canadian law firm to become an independent consultant. Pam provides training, consulting and best practice instruction on litigation support issues ranging from ediscovery processing, project management, and leveraging software tools throughout the litigation lifecycle. She is a strong proponent of the benefit of peer associations and mentoring. Pam regularly speaks at industry conferences and seminars and is proud to be a founding member of the Canadian Association of Litigation Support Professionals.

Kelly Inglese is the Director of Litigation Support Services for one of Canada's largest national law firms. Kelly manages a team of litigation support professionals across Canada and is responsible for providing quality litigation support technologies and services to the national litigation department. Like the other founding members of CALSP, Kelly was one of the first recognized litigation support professionals in a major law firm. She has more than 18 years of combined experience as a litigation law clerk, manager of litigation support and now as a director. Kelly is proud to be part of CALSP.

William J. Platt is the Managing Partner of a national litigation support company. As a pioneer in Canadian litigation support, William has successfully developed, implemented and maintained litigation support models in both national and regional law firms. His industry experience as a Litigation Support Manager for a national law firm and a strong technical aptitude complements his vision for the use of litigation technologies in the legal market. William continues to provide consulting and best practice advice on litigation support issues ranging from e-Discovery, forensic examinations, litigation preparedness, and leveraging tools throughout the litigation process. As one of the first recognized litigation support professionals in a Canadian law firm, William is pleased to be a founding member of the first Canadian association that will represent litigation support professionals and the industry.
